"Somewhere" is a mixed-use project in the Pradipat neighborhood that connects lifestyle, people, and nature through its unique architecture. It distinctly reflects the character of Pradipat while harmoniously blending with the surrounding urban context.
The key element is the central communal space that links the three units and the surrounding neighborhood. The project is designed to resemble a small village featuring three distinct "neighbors": the FIX Coffee café, a rental space designated for a restaurant, and the JUNNARCHITECT office, which includes a multipurpose area that functions as a gallery, meeting room, or social gathering space.
The three white, box-shaped architectural units are interconnected by window openings that frame views of adjacent buildings, nature, and the surrounding atmosphere. Furthermore, the design deliberately retains the old walls of neighboring structures, adding charm and history, thereby achieving seamless integration with the original context.
This project fosters positive interaction and revitalizes the Pradipat neighborhood. It stands as an excellent example of transforming an overlooked space into a meaningful hub for the traditional community.
